At Manie, we're changing the way people deal with energy – automating provider switching and helping every user always get the best tariff, effortlessly.

After building strong traction in Portugal – 300,000+ simulations, 130,000+ switches, AutoSwitch live as a subscription, and our first acquisition (Payper) closed – we're now scaling into new countries (Spain this year, UK in 2028) and new verticals (Telco in 2027, Insurance in 2028).

We're hiring a Head of Growth to design and run the engine that takes us there – across every channel, every market, every vertical. You'll work side by side with the founders, own the full acquisition and retention strategy, and build the growth team behind it.

This isn't a “marketing manager” role – it's a builder role. We've been growing scrappily so far. We want someone who turns it into a machine.
