Leadership and Operating Model Ownership
  • Own and govern the T0 requirements, ensuring FO requests, amendments, allocations, matching breaks, and urgent items are triaged correctly.
  • Oversee the daily T0 Dealer Assist functions rotation and SLA adherence for the P1, P2, and P3 structure.
  • Drive cross‑expertise support to ensure fungibility between FX MM, Rates, Derivatives, and Capital Market Teams.
  • Ensure standardized templates and enforce reply‑all governance and operating discipline.
End‑to‑End GM Trade Support Oversight
  • Oversee booking, validation, affirmation, and lifecycle management across complex derivatives including IRS, swaptions, FX options, exotic equity structures, structured notes, dual digitals, callable payoffs, commodity structures, etc.
  • Ensure accuracy of all trade economics, risk representation, and regulatory fields across Murex, MarkitWire, Bloomberg, and clearing platforms.
