Head of Finance Hub | ING Hubs Philippines

We are looking for an experienced, visionary, hands‑on, and people‑oriented senior leader to drive the overall transformation, performance, stability and strategic evolution of ING’s Finance Hub in the Philippines, Manila. You are accountable for our Finance offshore location towards global CFO and COO leadership – from a resilient operation to fostering a strong (local) leadership culture and future‑ready and engaged workforce.

Your role and work environment | COO Finance & ING Hubs

COO Finance (COOF) is an independent unit reporting to ING’s COO, with a permanent seat in the Global Management Team of CFO. It is accountable for executing the CFO and COO strategy to evolve towards one global digital bank. The COOF mission is to enable excellence in Finance with real‑time business insights, derived from state‑of‑the‑art technologies, optimal use of data and highly effective operations.
