Job Description Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, supporting growth, profitability, and long-term planning Collaborate with the executive team on business strategy, commercial decisions, and financial performance initiatives Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and group performance reporting Oversee the preparation of consolidated annual financial statements and manage the full audit process Take ownership of tax compliance (VAT, PAYE, corporate tax) and SARS engagement Manage treasury, banking relationships, cash flow, and working capital optimisation Ensure strong governance by fulfilling statutory, company secretarial, and compliance responsibilities, including acting as Public Officer, Information Officer, and PAIA Officer Lead and develop the finance team while maintaining robust internal controls Skills & Experience CA(SA) qualification Minimum 8–10 years’ progressive finance leadership experience within a group structure Strong technical accounting and conso...
