The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with steel producers to provide technical solutions that enhance safety, efficiency, and product quality. This role involves being the primary technical contact for customers, conducting on-site trials, and collaborating with various teams to introduce and support new technologies. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on, customer-facing approach, and a strong background in materials science, metallurgy, or ceramics engineering, with 3-7 years of experience in steelmaking, refractory, or casting applications.
