The Company

Our client is a Mumbai-based automation and robotics company founded in 2005. They are market leaders and serve quick commerce, e-commerce, 3 PL, fashion & apparel, F& B, pharma, electronics, renewable energy, and manufacturing.

Purpose

Lead the combined Electrical and Mechanical Design function, delivering robust, manufacturable, and cost-optimised designs across company's conveyors, sortation systems, packing lines, material-handling equipment, and robotics.

Key Responsibilities

● Team leadership: Lead and mentor the Electrical and Mechanical design teams; own design quality, standards, documentation, and timelines.

● Product design: Drive design of intralogistics equipment — conveyors, sortation, profiling, packing automation, and AMR/AGV integration.
