SJC Partners are partnering with a leading private equity-backed healthcare distribution and services platform that is executing an ambitious pan-European buy-and-build strategy.

Having completed multiple acquisitions across the UK and Continental Europe in recent years, the business is now seeking a Head of Corporate Development Director to drive the next phase of its inorganic growth journey.

Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Private Equity sponsor, this individual will take ownership of the full M&A lifecycle across Western Europe, from sourcing and origination through to execution, integration and value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the Group's M&A strategy across Europe
• Proactively originate acquisition opportunities through market mapping, industry relationships, conferences and trade events
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of acquisition targets
