The Head of Community Experience leads the strategic development and delivery of a cohesive community experience strategy, ensuring a consistent, high-quality journey for families from initial engagement through to engaged alumni in close partnership with AMX collegues, academic and operational teams, the role champions culturally responsive communication, continuous improvement, and a deeply parent-centric mindset. The successful candidate will balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to ensure community experience is aligned, consistent, and reflective of Dulwich College Beijing’s values.
