Job Description: The Head of Casualty is responsible for the strategic leadership, underwriting performance, and profitability of the casualty portfolio. The role ensures disciplined underwriting, sustainable growth, and strong market positioning across all casualty lines.

• Strategy & Business Leadership: Define and execute casualty underwriting strategy aligned with company objectives; deliver profitable growth and sustainable combined ratio; identify market opportunities and emerging risks; contribute to overall P&C strategy and business planning.
