Plan and manage capital projects and annual project plans
Oversee project execution, timelines, budgets, and quality
Manage contractors, consultants, and project teams
Ensure all permits and approvals are obtained on time
Monitor project progress and solve issues or delays
Review changes, costs, and risks, and take corrective actions
Ensure proper project handover and completion
Prepare reports and update senior management
