The Calibration & Product Reliability Laboratory HOD/Manager
is responsible for leading and managing the business and operations of the laboratory to ensure timely, accurate, and reliable measurement services. The role involves overseeing staff, maintaining accreditation standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 17025), optimizing workflow efficiency, and ensuring customer satisfaction through technical excellence and continuous improvement.
