Your Main Responsibilities Will Be:
- Performance Excellence Management: presentation and analysis of performance and forecast figures to all stakeholders.
- Monitoring performance and building action plans towards improvement of it.
- Build sales strategy and monitor the execution and effectiveness of it.
- Responsible for performance improvement plans and performance appraisal reviews.
- Accountable for team members development and career path clarity.
- Coach their direct report and second level towards their professional development through 1x1 and others.
- Responsible for operating profit: ensuring the most efficient possible operation including
- financial forecasting.
- Responsible for employee satisfaction and motivational and engaging plans execution.
- Managing and engaging different stakeholders towards the improvement of client satisfaction.
