As Head of Building Compliance & Services you will have full responsibility for the productivity and service provision of our Regional Building Surveyor, Building Compliance & Development teams in relation to the retail shop estate, racecourses & stadia portfolio. You will report directly to the Director of Retail Support & Experience, working closely with Business Efficiency, Retail Contact & Loss Prevention, Building Services, and Retail Operations teams, as well as key third‑party suppliers and internal stakeholders, to ensure all planned and reactive building maintenance activities are delivered to the highest standard and in line with agreed SLAs.
