Head of Bridges

My client is a leading UK-based engineering consultancy with a long-standing track record in the Middle East region. They are seeking a senior management professional to serve as Head of Bridges in their busy office in Sharjah. The role is responsible for the operational performance, technical and people leadership of the bridges team and will oversee project management or project director level responsibilities on various bridge design and construction projects across the region.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will adopt a very hands‑on approach to all aspects of the role, from design and construction to project delivery and team leadership.
