Position Overview

We are seeking a best-in-class Head of Robotics & AI Operations to join our leadership team remotely. This executive will combine deep expertise in robotics and AI with hands-on operational acumen, working closely with the COO to drive technology-driven transformation across our client's culinary labor, fulfillment labor, logistics, customer service operations, and more. 

The successful candidate will prioritize automation and AI initiatives based on payback rates, business value, and measurable impact on operational efficiency and financial performance. This role demands a strategic thinker and doer who can design and execute an integrated robotics and AI roadmap aligned with the company’s premium brand and growth objectives.
