Our client is currently recruiting a Head of Asset Management & Performance who will be accountable for maximizing the performance, availability, and effectiveness of all assets across their site. This role leads the development and execution of performance strategies, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective production. You will combine strong technical expertise with exceptional leadership to drive a proactive culture of continuous improvement across the assets on site. Responsibilities Asset Performance Own and drive the asset performance strategy for the plant Ensure optimal asset performance through preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs.
