Job Description

The Assessments Manager is responsible for the leadership, governance, vendor management, service and stakeholder satisfaction, cost control and review of assessment practices across the OML Assessment Centre. Responsible for the design and implementation of the Assessment Strategy to ensure that the Assessment Centre of Excellence proactively meets the needs of the OML businesses. Driving the integration of assessment practices and information into other human capital practices.
