Head of Airfreight Growth

Job Purpose: Lead regional Air Freight Growth by integrating country growth execution into a coherent regional commercial agenda, ensuring countries apply consistent Growth logic while retaining local execution autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate global Growth direction into a regionally executable growth agenda covering customer segments, sector priorities, trade lane focus and market opportunities.
• Integrate country Growth plans into one regional view, identifying cross-country patterns, common blockers, scalable plays and capability gaps.
• Calibrate regional pipeline quality, RFQ priorities, strategic customer development, reactivation opportunities and sector/lane focus across countries.
• Partner with Regional Pricing, Product & Services, Sectors, RDM, SCM & Gateways, Customer Operations, Implementation and Process Excellence to align regional growth execution.
