Requirements

• BS in Nursing
• Registered Nurse, RN
• Master’s degree (optional)
• Head Nurse, supervisory and/or any same level position
• At least 3 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and supervises the clinical team to promote quality resident care.
• Assists/contributes to the Clinical Care Manager or Immediate Superior in preparing the monthly staff plan according to shift management.
• Coordinates all clinical care activities with other departments to ensure personnel, equipment, and facilities are in optimal condition.
• Observes and evaluates nursing activities and personnel performance to determine whether desired standards are met.
• Formulates and recommends policies to improve resident care, participates in planning personnel policies, and interprets the needs and interests of clinical personnel.
