The Aviation Industry Division seeks to support the development and transformation of Singapore’s air hub, to ensure its continued growth and competitiveness, and to provide quality jobs in the sector.
What you will be working on:The role leads a team of 2-3 policy officers to (i) formulate and implement medium to long-term air transport sector manpower planning strategies and initiatives; (ii) manage CAAS’ manpower funding policy and grants to support workforce transformation; and (iii) analyse our sector’s economic and manpower data, including projecting our future workforce needs, and managing the establishment of a comprehensive air hub workforce database.
