Head Housekeeping Attendant
As a Head Housekeeping Attendant, your primary responsibility is to ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of Guest rooms, service areas, corridors, pantry areas, and fire exits to meet and exceed established standards.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Collect daily assignment sheet and keys before preparing the trolley and related equipment, ensuring effective task execution throughout the day in line with Standards of Performance.
- Follow key handling procedures meticulously to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Attend daily briefings, communicate any operational or Guest issues, fostering improved communication and follow-up procedures.
- Maintain and clean guest rooms, replenish used items per SOPs, arrange guest belongings, and clear Room Service trays, upholding room cleanliness standards.
