Duties

• Meticulous in all aspects of Managing the Guiding Department
• Managing, Overseeing and Disciplining Staff in the Guiding Department
• Staff training and development
• All administrative duties pertaining to the Guiding Department
• Daily Game Drives & Bush walks
• Hosting Duties
• Assistance around the lodge in other departments if needed
• Providing sound leadership in the Rangers department to ensure that all guests have an exceptional and value-added safari experience during all game drives.
• Ensuring all field guides perform their duties in a manner that fully comply with legislation pertaining to FGASA, DEAT and the reserve that we operate in.
• Ensure the company’s ethos and culture is maintained in the Rangers department.

Requirements

• Grade 12
• FGASA Level 2 (NQF Level 4) essential
• DEAT registered
• Valid ARH, First Aid...
