What will you do?

Head of Group Underwriting & Product Governance is a position in the Santam Group Underwriting Office. The role is based at Alice Lane, Sandton and reports directly to the Group Chief Underwriting Officer. As Head, you will play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to underwriting and product policies and frameworks to mitigate and manage risk. You will oversee and manage the implementation and revision of governance policies and frameworks, monitor adherence to underwriting mandates as well as business policies and procedures, and provide guidance to the teams.
