Role Summary
To lead the Group’s finance, oversee compliances and strategic financial management functions. The role will partner with leadership to drive institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and planning initiatives.
Oversee accounting, taxation, audits, treasury, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
Strengthen internal controls, governance, and risk management frameworks.

Qualifications & Experience
CA with an additional qualification of CS/CMA
15+ years of relevant experience in finance, corporate planning, and strategic leadership roles of which at least 5 years as Head of Finance.
