Key Responsibilities - Define and lead the bank's enterprise transformation strategy aligned with business priorities, strategic objectives, and the target operating model.
- Drive large‑scale transformation programmes across retail banking, corporate banking, operations, risk, finance, compliance, technology, and support functions.
- Develop and manage a transformation roadmap with clear KPIs, governance structures, delivery milestones, and value realisation tracking.
