To progress Nedbank's enterprise-wide digital marketing experience strategy, the Head Digital Marketing Experience & Optimisation will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the digital marketing experience function. This includes organising and leading a digital marketing experience team (UX/ CX/ UI/ Scrum Master/Web Development) and ensuring optimal user experience for Nedbank's digital marketing campaigns and owned channels through journey mapping, wireframing, content dissemination and ongoing optimisation tactics.
