Position Title: Head, Credit Investigation & Appraisal – San Fernando

Job Summary: Supervises and controls the Centralized Credit Unit (CCU). Ensures that the unit complies with all the requirements and policies of the bank. Reports are submitted within the prescribed TAT.

Role Exposure:

• Supervises the Centralized Credit Unit.
• Assist the Department Head in the reviews and approves all requested tasks for accounts within each respective areas of responsibility and authority limits.
• Manages the monitoring, pooling, scheduling and assignment to CI/Appraisers of the various requested tasks.
• Review, validates and approves various CRIAD reports.
• Ensure an acceptable quality of work and reports are submitted within the prescribed TAT.
