Job Goal: The Head Cheerleading Coach is responsible to instruct in the fundamental skills, prepare and strategize on the needed training for competition, and foster individual growth as an individual athlete and as a teammate.

• Experienced understanding of cheer and has participated in cheerleading.
• 2-5 years cheerleading coaching experience.
• Good communication skills.
