            Roles & Responsibilities  1. Management & Leadership  Lead and oversee the overall framework for casework and counselling services for residents within the Hostel. 
Manage departmental budgeting and expenditure in alignment with organisational objectives and goals. 
Develop sustainable staff structures, career pathways, and progression plans in collaboration with the Division Head and Corporate Services. 
Foster positive working relationships among staff, residents, stakeholders, and sector professionals. 
Ensure staff practices are aligned with the organisation’s philosophy and service standards. 
Provide supervision, guidance, coaching, and mentorship to staff. 
Support staff competency development, onboarding processes, and career progression opportunities.
