            Head, Casework and Community Engagement  Salary range: $6300-$7200 
Working location: Buangkok 
Working hours: Mon – Fri, 9 – 6pm 
 Responsibilities  1. Management Function  Oversee the development of the overall framework for casework and counselling of residents 
Oversee budgeting and expenditure according to objectives and goals of the department 
Develop sustainable structure and pathways for staff development and progression (together with Division Head and Corporate Services) 
Oversee staff relationship with residents, stakeholders and other professionals in the sector 
Ensure staff understanding and aligned practice with the overall philosophy 
Provide supervision and guidance for staff 
Coach, mentor and develop staff competency, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities.
