Job Summary

The Head of Bumi Affluent Segments is a critical role that will lead the pivot of the franchise to Bumi affluent through the development of a holistic Shariah Compliance affluent segment offering. This role involves building a best-in-class client value proposition (CVP) with a key focus on international banking solutions, managing the affluent portfolio, and leading initiatives for sales coverage and frontline enablement.

• Drive affluent portfolio quality and growth in portfolio metrics – net new money, qualified clients and wealth activation.
