Curates and updates cocktail menus by mixing and serving beverages in a high quality, and performs techniques to upsell beverages.
Interacts with guests in a warm, friendly manner, takes orders promptly and remains observant and responsive to each guest's inquiries while following hotel standards.
Oversees the bar operations including inventory, orders, pricing, and cost control while maintaining the bar clean, neat, and orderly fashion.
Qualifications
Graduate of a degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Bartender in a luxury hotel is an advantage.
Outstanding guest service skills with sophisticated communication skills, creativity, leadership and organizational skills.
Strong working knowledge in Food & Beverage, and applications such as Microsoft Office, and Micros or similar P.O.S systems.
