Pro rata of £31,279 - £34,189 per annum (i.e. £10,394.25 - £11,361.27).
14.8 hours per week, 36 weeks per year.
The postholder will provide individual, confidential counselling to HE students to help them achieve their academic potential. The service will be student‑centred and consistent with the Ethical Framework for Good Practice set out by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. The role includes producing timely reports, sharing anonymised trends or concerns to inform policy improvements, and working closely with the Safeguarding and Wellbeing Officer to ensure a coordinated response.
