**Summary:**
This teammate is a member of the ISD **Epic Willow** team and will primarily support Willow Inpatient across the UNC Healthcare enterprise. A key focus will be to optimize inpatient pharmacy workflows, develop novel approaches to unique situations, and provide assistance to end users. Analysts demonstrate independent decision making as appropriate in evaluation of requests for system improvements and determines feasibility and advisability of system changes using process improvement methods. Also expected to collaborate with clinicians, leadership, and vendors to ensure quality patient care and effective system operations.

The teammate will also be expected to be Willow Ambulatory certified as some responsibilities will be intertwined.
