Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in cloud-based Human Capital Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Core HR, Performance Management, Grow, Opportunity Marketplace, configuration, security, and reporting (OTBI) . The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to implement, configure, and support HCM SaaS solutions while ensuring alignment with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to HCM processes .
  
• Configure and implement HCM modules including Core HR, Performance Management, Grow, and Opportunity Marketplace .
  
• Manage system configurations
