About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and tactical leader to take on the responsibility of SC Regional & Plant Logistics Responsible. In this key position, you will be the driving force behind the efficiency and continuity of our hazelnut supply chain (Inshell and Kernel) across your assigned Area / region. You will balance regional area management with plant logistics oversight, ensuring that our external warehouse network, collection points, and cracking plants operate in perfect synchronization.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the standardization of logistics processes and continuous improvement initiatives across the Area, aligning local operations with global Ferrero and AgriChile supply chain strategies.
• Execute rigorous Health & Safety (H&S;) controls and foster a cross-functional culture of safety to achieve a Zero Accident standard across all sites.
