**Job Description**

This contract-to-hire position offers the opportunity to operate Haul trucks on a commercial civil construction site in Lebanon, Indiana. You will move earth and rock within a large open farm field, supporting earthwork and earthmoving activities on a high-activity commercial job site. The role requires strong attention to safety, the ability to work long shifts, and flexibility to travel to other sites as needed.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate off-road dump trucks to haul earth and rock within the commercial job site, remaining strictly on-site and not on public roads.
+ Ensure safe and efficient loading and unloading of dirt and other materials, including pulling behind scrapers when required.
