What you’ll do Key Responsibilities:
Drive export sales growth across Sub-Saharan Africa or assigned export markets
Develop and execute regional business strategies aligned to company objectives
Identify new market opportunities distributers and key accounts
Support the marketing team to define the portfolio and assortment strategy by country/channel
Manage pricing strategy, margins and profitability
Build long term customer relationships and negotiate commercial agreements
Deliver annual sales targets, budgets and forecasts Distributer and Channel Management
Appoint, manage and develop distributers in export territories
Conduct regular business reviews and performance tracking
Support route to market optimization across FMCG, DIY/Hardware and Professional segments
Ensure distributer compliance with Henkel standards and brand positioning Supply Chain and Operations
