Job Description

We are hiring a contract Harvest Winemaker in Kelowna. This role is responsible for assisting the winemakers with harvest, to ensure compliance to specifications given by the Winemakers, maximizing quality and efficiencies. The primary focus will be assisting with direction and management of all grape intakes during the 2026 harvest, and managing each batch through to the wine stage.

Harvest Grape Management and Winemaking

• Issue work orders to cellar supervisors for all daily activities.
• Inspection of fruit upon arrival, and receiving into WICO
• Assist with pressing/crushing ticket generation for cellar crew
• Assist with generating work tickets and juice/wine analysis as needed
• Assist with daily harvest work orders and additions.
• Tracking and tasting of all fermentations, additions and QC on the Analysis Sheet and ML sheet
