Minimum of a bachelor’s degree and case management experience preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in Human services preferred.
Knowledge or experience with the Harm Reduction populations.
Experience with group facilitation.
Knowledge of Hepatitis, HIV, and STIs care coordination and education.
Able to provide clear and consistent directives and communication to staff
Able to work with diverse populations and culturally aware.
Good verbal, written, communication and interpersonal skills.
Use of computer software --Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Outlook calendaring, and Excel. Experienced working with AIRS, EShare, and ECW helpful.
Culturally aware and sensitive to PWUD (People Who Use Drugs), PLWHA (People Living with HIV/AIDS), LGBTQAI, YIDU (Young Intravenous Drug Users), SMI (Severe Mental Illness), and MSM (Wen who have Sex with Men)
