Job Description

As a Hardware Supply Chain Management Senior Associate within our finance organization, you promote day-to-day supply chain execution and lead cross‑functional improvement projects. You’ll own supply plans, supplier coordination, inventory health, and logistics while managing initiatives that strengthen service, reduce cost-to-serve, and improve controls.

The role requires close alignment with Finance/FP&A, adherence to internal controls (e.g., SOX), and effective stakeholder management across Procurement, Risk, Compliance, and Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end supply planning for assigned categories/SKUs (e.g., technology hardware, ATM/branch parts, cards, print materials), balancing service, cost, and inventory targets.
  • Execute and refine MRP/DRP parameters (lead times, MOQ, safety stock, reorder points) in ERP/APS tools.
