**Overview**

We are seeking a reliable and skilled **Handyperson** to perform general maintenance and repair tasks. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a variety of building and facility needs efficiently and safely.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform general maintenance and minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, basic HVAC)
+ Inspect facilities and identify repair needs
+ Install, repair, and maintain fixtures, furniture, and equipment
+ Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
+ Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition
+ Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
