Your new role

Handyperson: A dependable and skilled handyperson to carry out general maintenance, repair and upkeep duties across residential ormercial properties. The successful candidate will be practical, hardworking and capable of handling a variety of maintenance tasks to a high standard.

- Perform general repairs and maintenance work
- Carry out basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry tasks
- Assemble and install fixtures, fittings, and furniture
- Repair doors, locks, walls, flooring, and minor building defects
- Conduct routine property inspections and preventative maintenance
- Ensure all work is areas are kept clean and safe
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
- Follow all health and safety procedures
