Minimum Requirement

• Grade12/Equivalent
• 1 to 2 years previous handyman or maintenance experience
• Fabrication qualification
• Basic electrical Knowledge and experience
• Able to use power tool and basic maintenace equipment
• Clear criminal record and traceable references

Duties and Responsibilities

• General buliding and property maintenmance
• Replacing electrical appliances
• Routine inspections, troubleshoot malfunctions and handle repairs
• Service and lubricate machinery, replace fillters ans essembe or dissemble equipment
• Record keeping, safety checks and reports
