We're looking for a proactive and hands‑on Handyman/Maintenance Operative to join a vibrant residential building in Leeds. This is a key role supporting the day‑to‑day running of the estate, helping to deliver an outstanding living experience for the residents.

You will be responsible for carrying out planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance, ensuring the estate remains safe, compliant, and well‑presented at all times.

Duties

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests via internal systems
• Carry out general repairs, including plumbing and basic electrical work
• Support both reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities
