The Handyman supports day‑to‑day building maintenance by performing minor repairs, basic troubleshooting, and general upkeep of facilities. This role ensures small issues are resolved quickly, preventing escalation into major failures and maintaining a safe, functional environment for occupants.

• Perform minor repair works including carpentry, basic plumbing, painting, patching, and fixture replacements.
• Fix door hinges, locks, handles, drawers, window rollers, ceiling tiles, and furniture items.
• Assist with minor electrical tasks (non‑LEW scope) such as replacing light tubes/bulbs, switches, and power points (under supervision and dead circuit).
• Carry out routine site checks to identify defects early.
• Perform touch‑up works, tightening, lubrication, alignment, and cleaning of fittings.
