The Serge team in Southall works in an ethnically diverse neighborhood of London, serving numerous unreached people groups. With numerous homes in Southall being quite old, many people are confronted with broken or failing housing components and limited financial means or the technical experience to remedy the situation.

They are seeking a new team member with skills in various construction trades and a diaconal heart to serve through this much‑needed mercy ministry.

Responsibilities

• Have a heart for teaching and training - a willingness to share and impart knowledge and skills
• Support New Life Masih Ghar Church church and team ministries in various capacities
• Participate in regular team life: team meetings, outreach, church meetings, etc
