Introduction

We are looking for a Handy Person / Multi Trade to work on a new build housing project near Llanelli. You will be needed for final snags on plots, mastic, painting, patching, etc. Monday to Friday, 8.00am-4.30 pm

Key duties

• General labour duties
• Carry out final snags on plots
• Painting, patching, mastic, etc
• Follow all on-site health and safety procedures

Requirements

• Valid CSCS Card
• Experience on commercial projects
• Full PPE
• Tools
• Two construction-based work references
