Our client, a growing signage and graphics company, is seeking a hands-on Production / Installation Manager to lead a small team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily production to meet deadlines, quality, and budgetOversee scheduling, resources, and workflow (including installations)Operate/supervise printing, laminating, vinyl, and CNC equipmentLead, train, and support a team (2 direct reports)Maintain quality control, troubleshoot issues, and improve processesManage stock, suppliers, and materialsCarry out site surveys and signage installations as requiredEnsure health & safety standards are metRequirements:
