As a Hand Sprayer Operator, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting production and quality assurance teams. **Job Title:** Hand Sprayer Operator

**Location:** East Berlin, PA

**Pay Range: $18 to $20 depending on experience**

**Shift:** 7am - 3:30pm

**What's the Job?**

+ Understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure quality and efficiency
+ Operate hand spraying equipment with steady and even motion to apply finishes or stains
+ Measure ingredients accurately to match standard specifications
+ Maintain safety procedures and wear required PPE such as respirators, safety glasses, gloves, and face shields
